ICIMOD and NGO partners worked with 11 municipalities in four high-risk watersheds in the Koshi River Basin in eastern Nepal to <a href=\"https:\/\/lib.icimod.org\/records\/yqc6d-n1w66\">train staff in integrating gender issues<\/a> into disaster planning and budgeting. Importantly, this included adaptations to Nepal\u2019s national online financial management system \u2013 the <a href=\"https:\/\/lib.icimod.org\/records\/rrzm5-zv114\">sub-national Treasury Regulatory Application (SuTRA)<\/a>.
